“It all depends on how we look at things, and not on how things are in themselves.”
There are times, when we encounter difficulties in our life and we just don’t know how to sort things out. In those life situations we might need external help.

What is coaching?
Coaching can help you overcome a difficult situation, find your own solutions, reconnect with your needs and your resources and find your determination and energy to make changes.
In coaching, you are the expert of your life. Coaching involves the belief that the individual has the answers to their own problems within them, it helps to unlock a person’s potential and make their possible to achieve their goal. The coach helps the client stay focused, motivated and stay on track but the decisions and the work itself has to be done by the client.
My coaching method
Over the years, I have developed a method based on combining coaching and counselling.
The latter, focusing more on emotions and the sources of the problems, proved to be an excellent complement to coaching.
Variety of tools are available (such as positive psychology, NLP (neuro-linguistic programming), guided visualization, family constellations as well as sophrology, breathing and emotional awareness exercises) to help clients connect with their feelings, needs and inner resources to find their own solutions.
Each process is personalized and adapted. I use a holistic approach: I am convinced that our body, mind and soul are intimately connected, they influence each other and we cannot treat them separately.
Visualization and awareness raising exercises help to re-establish a connection between the body, emotions and thoughts and to find the roots of the problems and possible paths of development and change.
I truly believe that personal development can only be acquired if one works on deepening his/her self-knowledge and self-awareness. Let me accompany you to be the person you want to become. We will work together so that you can move forward in all your endeavours and become the best version of yourself.

In coaching, you are the expert of your life. Coaching involves the belief that the individual has the answers to their own problems within them, it helps to unlock a person’s potential and make their possible to achieve their goal.
How does it work?
The key skill of coaching is asking the right questions to help the individual work through their own issues.
The coach and its client prepare a plan together which helps the client achieve their goal. In the core of the process is the client’s learning, evolution and the accomplishment of the determined tasks within an established deadline.
The coach helps the client stay focused, motivated and stay on track but the decisions and the work itself has to be done by the client.

1.
A life coach is the person who meets you where you are right now, works with you to identify where you want to be, and supports you in the process of the realisation of who you want to be.
2.
Your coach helps you bridge that gap between where you are now and where you want to go. Your coach helps you see the obstacles blocking your way, and supports you in overcoming them.
3.
The coach will never attempt to tell you what to do. Life coaching is about objectivity, structure and empowerment, not instruction or advice.

Emotional intelligence coaching
Emotional Intelligence, commonly abbreviated as EI, is our capacity to perceive, express, understand and manage our own emotions and the emotions of others in an effective and appropriate manner.
Parental coaching
Recent neuroscience studies show how parents' behaviour and communication affect the
development of a child's brain, including their emotional development and social integration.
Positive parenting and non-violent communication are about working on yourself and acquiring new
parenting skills through a set of tools that enable parents to better manage challenging situations.
For me the main issue is to reflect on what we want to teach to the child and whether we use the
proper means to achieve this goal while preserving a relationship based on respect and love.
Parental coaching allows parents to resolve conflicts in a caring way, to gain confidence in their
parenting roles, to establish a relationship based on respect and love, to define and enforce rules, to
manage difficult emotions.
Step by step we approach the solution by exploring and by raising awareness of the emotions, the
needs and the behaviours of each and everyone involved in the problem. As a result of working
together a harmonious relationship could be re-established with the means of positive education.

Research has proven that individuals with higher levels of social and emotional intelligence…
- are healthier, happier and more productive
- have greater empathy and more positive relationships with others
- are better able to adapt to change, manage conflict and stress more effectively
- are more resilient, optimistic, collaborative and creative
When can parental coaching be of help?
- If you have difficulties dealing with your child's and your own emotions;
- If sometimes you find it difficult to say no or to establish clear and effective rules;
- If sometimes you feel overwhelmed by your children's behaviour and your own reactions;
- If there are conflicts between your children;
- If you feel close to parental burn-out;
- If you want to improve the relationships in the family;
- If your child or teen is experiencing difficulties: anxiety, difficulties in school, relationship or emotional problems;
With the establishment of your social and emotional intelligence profile we can identify your areas of strength and the areas for improvement and with specific exercises we can work on the latter. During the coaching you can learn among others:
- How to become aware of your emotions and those of others
- How you can use this information to manage your behavioral responses and manage your relationships and conflicts more effectively
- How to become more resilient and intentional in living your life
- How to enhance your personal power, self-confidence, and assertiveness,
